We are Phillip and Krista Weirich, Oklahoma natives who are spending the 2009-2010 academic year as English teaching assistants in Picardie, France. This blog will be our way to keep our family and friends updated on what we are learning, loving, laughing at, etc. Please leave us comments! We’d love to hear from you.

Hey Krista,
Your mom emailed me this link. What a great opportunity! I have a class full of 5th graders at 8:00 every morning. I am the technology teacher, so we are trying to “connect” in various ways. Maybe we could skype each other sometime. It would be really great for my students to see and hear French speaking students. At any rate, I will follow your blog. I look forward to the interesting things you and Phillip run across. By the way, the picture of your mom dancing was priceless!
